My first reaction to this morning's PR was that a reverse split could be in the offing. But after reading about the very recent (this past April) Nasdaq rules change, I changed my mind. I won't rule it out, a relatively small (1-3) R/S could do the trick, but I'm more inclined to believe that what's in the offing is a very positive news announcement. Whatever it is, I think the move to get listed is probably imminent.
