Oddly, NTL investors seem to not be watching what is happening at TEO. The old pair trade was to go long NTL and short TEO. Depending on what type of liquidity/holding company discounts you believe should be on NTL, reversing that pair trade might be in order (I'm not just as I didn't do the first pairs trade, small arbs aren't worth the effort to me).
