I haven't been keeping up on this thread, among others but couldn't resist taking a x00 when I decided to check it out. I will not make any comments until I catch up on the past few hundred posts.

However, I was sent a CSGI alert and just finished reading the entire S-1. I understand the comments being made about registration versus sales but I am very concerned about 2 things that popped up. First, the Risk section clearly states that CSGI has not experienced any commercial success of its toolset and Second, the list of intended shareholders is worrisome. The list look like a bunch of people are positioning themselves to bail out. The (x) after some names shows Stewart having a hand in some of these intended shares. Stewart is involved in many of these intended situations under the cover of different names it seems.

No more discussion by me until I catch up on what is happening. Other than having purchased some shares in the low (real low) sixs (not many and not enough to brag about), I am seriously looking at taking a few fractions of profits and going to the side until the S-1 is fully understood.
