Depend how you read "invisible print" that does not show in original PR. Equateq is one of the future Amarin API supplier, so if BASH have "different" idea how to generate and maximize profit from Omega-3 business, it may be bad for Amarin. They can sell API to Amarin at X price, and/or they can sell it OTC at 3X price. Which one you will chose?
