Pete: This is my opinion and is free (you know what that means). With all that is going on in world markets, I am not surprised to see buyers withdrawing. MCRE is just one of many examples. Look at the bigger picture -- regional price wars (thru foreign exchange) in Asia, South America.This is no Mexican bail-out. It will take 6-12 months for all this to play out. Some insight on the dangers from money managers, such as Wien and Biggs of Morgan Stanley.Way beyond the damage control statements of politicos. (Clinton refers to this period as a "Glitch"!)>MCRE is a pimple in what is going on. Just a gut feeling at this point but worthwhile keeping in mind.
