The rumor of news was aready out and the stock is not the momentum type.Also they are still selling shares to finance the operation. This should come to a close in about 30 days.I view TSIS as a long hold. they have a lot of things going for it. I think as the weeks go by you will gradually see TSIS move upward.JMHO Jimbo
