Can these Russians pay in greenbacks or does LU have to drink Vodka or finance these guys? Anybody have any ideas on how we can get the bucks back before devaluations bankrupcies or failures to honor contracts. I think all foreign transactions should be denominated in greenbacks with private insurance against bankrupties, defaults etc.
