Battie- Its not smart to Buy a stock for a possible sale, but in this case with the company paying a large dividend of 20 cents a share, I decided to take a flyer & expect that the stock could be taken out around $5.00 which is my goal. If not & co goes belly up I will just take the loss. Just like the Risk/Reward Kirby
