That's Detroit or Chicago for you. Liberals can't think so they go to the policy manual and follow it verbatim, whatever it says. It's just like the beyond stoooopid No Tolerance Polices, written by non thinking liberal clowns for everybody else. 6 year old Sally gets suspended for bringing a plastic knife in her lunch to cut her meat. The examples are endless and they don't learn because..THEY CAN'T!
