'm trying to figure out the best strategy for NE. I'm usually not very big on options, but NE is closing in on the bottom of its range, so I'm trying to figure out the best strike price(s) / strategy. I'm a bull naturally...

Try to pick a price target and choose a call option that will return +150-+200%.. Long leap typically don't make very good return for the risk one take.. May be a spread will work better..
