You'd need a real test case where someone is wronged. Then you can take it all the way to the Supreme Court. I don't think you can overturn these things with no test case. However, I do know that the ACLU is fighting against these things. Thank the Lord for the ACLU. It's one of the last vestiges of the old Democratic Party that still cared for little things like Freedom from Tyranny.
