World edges closer to deflationary slump as money contracts in China
I don't think money in China has so much impact to world deflation.

(Chinese) banks run by Party bosses
1. Banks are not run by Party bosses. There are not that many Party bosses to run every thing in China.
2. JPM, BAC, etc. are not run by Party bosses. These banks also have problems.

What seems clear is that China's economy did not bottom out as expected in the first quarter. It is flirting with real trouble.
China's economy had flirted with trouble many times in the last 40 years. Nothing new.

A world slump is preventable if leaders act with enough panache.
