To be sure that we are talking about the same chart: I think, the black line of indicator 1 (3 days ma) need to touch level 0 for a mid-term bottom , the black line of indicator 1 (3 days ma) have touched the level 100 on 16 march 2012 indicating a mid-term bottom,.
