The loan was syndicated to a large group of institutional investors and priced at 97% of par.

Hmm...I have never heard of this before. Does that mean that an investor buys $1,000 face of this bond for $970 bucks at issue? Does that mean CHK takes an immediate $120 million non-cash charge when this is closed?
