Kumara, a piece of paper signed by a king of Kashmir in 1947 is a formalism: <
encompassing the Indian and Pakistani portions of Kashmir

No such thing. Kashmir is a state in India. Pls research the doc signed by the king of Kashmir in 1947.

That reference to "Indian and Pakistani" probably refers to the ethnically dominant areas of Kashmir rather than the official titular position. Kashmir might be part of India, but tracts of it can still be Pakistani in an ethnic sense.

People still largely operate like monkeys - in troupes of alpha male territorial tribal dominance hierarchies.

China conquered the Islamic people in the west of China at the same time. It's not all happy harmony there either.

Maybe the King of Kashmir didn't really represent the interests of swarm of people he purported to be the boss of.

Mqurice.
