Peter, Martek management held in high esteem.

There are now several high powered analysts/investment advisory firms
recommending Martek and management capability a primary thing
they look at. I think they have done a very good job of bringing
Formulaid to market at thefastest pace they prudently could. They are
refining the mass production process for the product in their
Kentucky plant and progress is good. Look at the companies they have
already signed up to use Formulaid in their baby formula. These baby
food companies wouldn't fool around with a company unless they had
utmost confidence in the ability and integrity of the Martek
management.

Their plan is to refine the manufacturing process for Formilaid to
point where it can be produced with highest quality and efficiently
enough to make a nice profit on the sale of it. Then they will turn
over the manufacturing to a contract producer. I follow the process
closely by personal contact with Martek. I am confident they are
on track with their plans. By the way, the royalties they will
receive are gravy in themselves but another kicker is additional
profit Martek will get from the sale of Formulaid to the formula
companies.

They will have a number of important milestones this year so the
stock should be bouyed by the announcements.

best................Bill
