DE - although I don't like company financing ops, DE might be worth a buy (if any big international cos are worth a buy with potential Euro + China crash).

TLB - if they don't accept the offer, they may have to BK. Rational people would accept. But we are talking about people who managed to grind 1B company down to $100M... What probability you give that they will accept?
