But yes I do not want the Federal government bailing out any state (to include 16 billion dollar in debt California) as once the states know they can turn to Uncle Sugar they never will live within their means and, hence, neither will we as a people.

CA is one of the richest states in the Union. It is not the problem. There are many other states which need to be carried and we in the blue states have been doing that heavy lifting for decades.

But that doesn't matter........when you are a country just like with family, you take care of your own........it seems conservatives are far too narcissistic to get the concept.
