RE:(considering that JMAR has patents on this) I couldn't find one patent assigned to JMAR at: patent.womplex.ibm.com JMAR has spent over 10 yrs. developing point source XRL. I don't think any other company is going to come in and do what they've done Really!!! You don't think anyone else can produce x-rays from a point-source. That sounds extremely illogical and narrow-minded. The physics are well understood. Can't wait to see what Cymer comes up with. You know Cymer was not the first company to make excimer lasers either.
