Michael,

I have no information on the "cat". I work in biotech and receive some newsletters on the industry such as BioCentury. I do have a tiny position in IMUL and pay attention to the company, though I don't spend much time on it since I have many other much larger holdings that take all my spare time. But I will post any info I find.
