Troy,

I've been following NuTek for just over 6 months. The stock
hasn't been doing too well as of late, as it;s been hovering around
the 3/4 range for the past several weeks. I talked to Britt Brooks
today in the morning; he says that NuTek is negotiating two large
acquisitions independently of their joint venture partner.
One, an oil field with 400 wells and another one with 128 wells.
However, he wasn't certain as to when the negotiations would come to
fruition. The rise in oil prices because of the situation in Iraq
could be an impediment, but that's only my speculations.
Likewise, the frequent rains over the past two weeks in Oklahoma/Texas
have been preventing NuTek from actively installing Bailer Pumps.
Still last week 5 new pumps were delivered. Brooks sounds quite
optimistic and I tend to trust his judgement; when the acquisitions
of those 500+ wells come through, the things will look much better.

Some people asked about NuTek JV parnter, Regent Oil & Gas. It's a
limited liability company formed by Sun Belt Capital, an investment
banking firm, solely to do business with NuTek.
