Hi Jim, I don't have any exact figures on outstanding shares either, but the 3rd quarter report showed WEIGHTED AVERAGE shares outstanding in Q3 was 1,595,973. To me, this means there are more than that. In addition, with the settlement for $300,000 in stock (which doesn't say what the price per share is for that stock) to be paid over 6 months, there will be more shares issued. I would not be surprised to find to total issued to be over 2M by now. I would be happy to find out I am wrong if somebody could point out what the real number is. Bill
