When you read the SEC filings and/or read the informed posts on this thread you will find out that Nbase aka MRVC has some sort of working relationship with Intel Re: Networking Equipment. Some on this thread have actually compared Intel's product to Nbase products and, If my memory serve me, found them identical. I am not privy to actual agreements that are between Intel/Nbase, However Intel did buy shares in Nbase/MRVC with the option to by more for $20 a share. I am confident that MRVC is not doing anything illegal. It is,IMHO, the fact that MRVC is not followed by many analysts and MRVC has an impressive earnings record over 29 consistant quarters.
Your next question probably would be "Well, if the earnings have been this impressive why is the Company practically invisable among INVESTORS." IMHO, MRVC is only 8 0r 10 years old and at this point in time, is satisfied with serving the so called leaders in this industry with product. The company's fundamentals are sound and with the recent secondary, with the cash infusion of $95,000,000 promised to be used for Marketing, R&D, possible acquisitions, etc. the long term future of this company looks great.
Please do as much due diligence about the company as you can. What I have stated here is JUST MY INTERPETATION of what I can remember about MRVC. I have been a share holder for over 4 or 5 years, so please take my enthusiasum as just that, MY enthusiasium.
