My understanding is 100:1 -- leaving a float of 100,000 shares. You are obviously correct about Thursday. :-) I am waiting on a few bits of information I have asked for regarding restricted stock and a few other items -- Gary should have it in the next day or so. He is trying to give out accurate info as I have been giving him a hard time about the timing of all this stuff. I wish it would happen already! My accounts look very lousy with a most recent price of .015 -- but you only have a loss when you sell. I have decided to follow my own advice and just wait until all of this happens to buy any more. Let the weak sell at a loss -- patience is a virtue I cannot lecture on, but sometimes you have to wait and see. Eric
