I have a couple comments, one intellectual and one emotional. Intellectually I am happy that their clients are "mainly listed" so it sounds like they saw the filing and found it acceptable, thus making further dilution unnecessary. They now have a line of credit to fall back on. We don't know where they stand with Balallan negotiations and what it is costing to get the mobile units running. Emotionally I am disappointed they haven't been earning enough to pay those bills and must borrow money. I am also disappointed we haven't seen the filing yet.
