Thanks for finding those. I was looking under JMAR as Yahoo lists that as the company's name(whatever, right?). Interestingly, Jamar is using lasers to produce x-rays, while Cymer's method will not. Doesn't seem like there will be much chance of Cymer violating any of those three patents with their x-ray technology.

"Cymer, the purest play in XRL." I still like the sound of that.
