TED,

The revenue sharing in the case of Millennium is a future activity.

A contract that has generated revenues is realized.

The difference is "when" the revenue is generated not "if".

I don't think any of the revenues from the revenue sharing contract with Millennium or the LSI project have come in when this S-1 filing was made, thus those projects could not be reported as such.

May I suggest you copy the S-1, or parts of it that you have questions on since those filings are rather long, and take it with you to the Demo. I am sure that they will help explain the parts you have questions on.
