I only refer you back to my comment on Holder. He doesn't need a valid reason to do something. It doesn't matter to him if something is valid or not, as long as it is something he wants. And I believe he most definitely wants this "White Hispanic" in prison for 'the cold blooded murder of the black man, Trayvon Martin'.
