Linda,RE: letter of intent...contractual agreement, there IS a huge difference. When Malcolm ask's, "is there a signed sales agreement?", "How is it structured?","will the revenues be split?", ect. He already knows the answer to all his questions. He knows that none of these details have been agreed upon and signed by all parties concerned with a binding legal contract. This is clearly the case here with today's canadian announcement reguarding Sexi. The announcement, as I read it from your post, states that it is a "Memorandum of understanding". This is another way of saying "letter of intent", and should not be confused with agreed upon contractual terms, as expressed in a specific contract. Malcolm also stated his opinon that this was positive news, and i certainly agree, however it is what it is. And this is an intent to agree to terms, not a contract afirming the agreement to terms, this is a big difference, and correctly pointed out by Malcolm. Oh well just my $.02 worth, thanks Linda for all your efforts today, and thanks to all other posters as well.
