Carolyn: An update on thehammer. I just met him for coffee as he cruised through Sedona. All is going well today after the excitement on Mingus Mountain yesterday. Take a peek at his blog for photo's. They have now completed about 500 miles with 3000 to go. Today is a relatively short day 45 miles or so,but with one major back climb to Flagstaff. He is dragging a bit today but tomorrow is a recovery day. He stands out with his yellow shoes. Ron
