Have you never bothered to check into the laws regarding concealed carry?

Brandishing or firing warning shots are criminal offenses - you draw and fire when you believe your life is in danger. Warning shots are dangerous/stupid TV drama devices - not for the real world.

Beside it's hard to fire a warning shot when someone is on top of you beating the shit out of you MMA style.
