Sparky, Very good to hear from you! It was getting kind of lonely on this thread. I found myself talking to myself the last week or so. I agree on your assessment. I believe it is a good time to be buying. The prices may fall a little more, but not much IMO. In past years, the December/January time frame tends to find increased buying and rising prices. That could well repeat this year. I am keeping a close eye on the "index" that I have been posting. The last few weeks have not shown much movement, up or down, but that could change shortly. The financial picture may be less than desireable now, but that doesn't mean technology and the need for computers is going away. As soon as the financial situation stabilizes, people will gain more confidence. Also, pension funds have all that new money to invest comes the new year! Don W.
