Tejek You really make this too easy. Your whole point of view is that Bush single handedly stimulated the housing market and created a bubble in response to the recession of 2001 and 2002. Bush's policies were appropriate for the timeframe; Creating jobs and increasing home ownership for disadvantaged individuals. Obama is also pursuing policies in an effort to stimulate housing. He is getting huge support from the FED with its ZIRP. Obama is clearly failing. The real question is "why is Obama so incompetent where Bush was so competent?" Bush successfully stimulated housing and his policies resulted in low unemployment. Obama's policies have achieved neither. By blaming Bush for being successful, you are exposing Obama for being incompetent. Keep at it!
