My mother used to use a word that somewhat suits Obama-------"galavanting".
He started this early in the campaign when, as I recall, McCain or someone with the campaign suggesting that Obama should go to Iraq. It was obvious that Obama knew nothing about what he was talking about. Sure he had been to Kenya, Pakistan, Hawaii, and Indonesia----yet Obama knew nothing about the USA or other nations despite his Harvard education.
Obama made his "tour"---designing his own logo----refusing to wear the American flag "galavanting and posturing" as he went on a trip that included England and Germany-----to places he had never been before and insulting nations as he went--------Germany and England being two that he managed to insult..
