It looks oversold to me too, and it's looked that way for a couple of weeks now. I've been expecting a recovery since the $11-$12 level in early November. This drop is also strange since UGLY's announcement on Nov 17 that it may record a gain of $6 - $7 million in this quarter, if the agreement with FMAC goes the way they hope. This would recover the writeoff from the previous quarter, and give them record earnings again. Maybe there's something wrong with the FMAC agreement? Hopefully it's just a case of 'No news is disappointing news'. Doug.
