No doubt you heard the news about Healthtech, and the 19 people arrested in association with market manipulation. Before today I had not heard of GYMM, but they certainly have made a name for themselves as of today! Market manipulators beware..... [Four days ago, so it appears, some of the posters on the Healthtech board (GYMM)were already discussing the situation (trading halt) that subsequently lead up to today SEC/FBI arrests. exchange2000.com I wonder if SI will be turning over their records (GYMM posts, and associated member ID and contact information) to the SEC? I kind of like the fact SI requires ID and confirmation of ID before they let you post. There is at least some path back to those that pass along bogus information, with malice. (I'm not talking about ignorant hype, or unintentional mis/dis-information)]
