Bush was capable of stimulating the economy and creating jobs

You need to do some research. The recovery under Bush was the weakest since WW II. Economists complained ad nauseum that job creation stunk and that income growth was flat. I pointed out those very issues on this threat. The only people who benefited under Bush were the 1%.

In the meantime, Obama is just getting started. Wait til his second term.
