Don & Jim. Fair enough we haven't seen the numbers yet but it would be nice if managment could MAKE A PROFIT on what it already owns before plunging onward with more acquisitions which, by the way, will probably result in a "finders fee" for Cycomm's consultants.

If the plan is to issue more stock (probably through a convertible debenture which costs us heaps) to make this acquisition when it is trading at all-time lows then it is pretty obvious that Cycomm is again attempting to have shareholders buy revenues for it.

Maybe the "synergies" will work but all I see is more time being added to the turnaround after having waited nearly 2 years for the last acquisitions' synergies to work - we're still waiting.

If you're going to "dominate" or "set the standard" or "be the market-leader" in the public safety ruggedized mobile computing market on top of "setting a world standard for encryption" then why do you have to keep buying subsidiaries when the world is apparently at your feet.

You can probably tell by this message that I am not impressed nor is the market if you look at the share price.

What do you all think on this one.
