It might happen. If it does, then that opens the possibility of a single payer system.
Whether singer payer happens or not has nothing to do with the fate of the individual mandate.

But it does have everything to do with Democrats trying to cripple, sabotage, and burden the current system of health care to the point where only a statewide takeover can save it.

If that's an accomplishment to you, then ObamaCare is "Mission Accomplished."
