There appears there may be an interesting move afoot (flight of capital between companies?), as the price of ITCO declines and National Scientific increases, now to a level over 2X's that of INCE. Even given INCE's high float, you'd think INCE's share price would not lag so far behind NSCT, a true shell company. At least INCE has one division producing (limited) revenue.

At the rate ITCO's market cap is shrinking, and NSCT's is growing, don't hold your breath that ITCO will be worth much prior to the issuance of ITCO shares to INCE and INCE's shareholders. And once those shares do start showing up in our accounts I strongly suspect the selling will be automatic, and the result is likely to be ITCO's share price will fall to less than INCE's current price. That is unless ITCO really surprises the whole world by actually selling something other than office equipment and furniture as they fold the company.

And what I want to know is, was Lou Ross ever truly a part of Intel?, and if so, how could he have ever become associated with Intercell (old) /ITCO. They seem to be so inept, it almost makes me think Lou Ross and his supposed association with Intel was made up. Otherwise, it just doesn't make any sense. If he's real, and his former involvement with Intel was real, then it certainly appears he has exercised bad judgement (in my opinion) getting involved with INCE(old)/ITCO, and has more than likely severely damaged the credibility once associated with his name. I mean, what the heck is ITCO doing? They're not a company. But, maybe next year....or the next......or...not.
