Wow, what other retailers are being offered free rent and other perks just to open a store? None that I can think of.
That is pretty amazing. But then, what other retailer can generate the kind of traffic an Apple store creates?

I still find it funny to think about the people who said Apple stores would fail like the Gateway stores did.
