TJ, As KSA moves to drop it's national dependency on oil by fostering domestic businesses, it is still marginalized by the cheaper influx of foreign goods and services... only adding to the dilemma. Dubai on the other hand, has prospered further, yet it's technology boom as long since hit it's bell curve.
