That sand dune is one of the more amazing things I've seen.
From the highway it looks rather unsubstantial, but when you actually get up close to it, it is absolutely HUGE.

Damn thing moves around constantly too. I can't recall just how much movement it has, but I do remember being very impressed when I was reading about it.
We're talking about a small mountain moving around at will (well, the wind's will.)

It is definitely Yahoo City out there though. The motocross bunch just love it. Lots of things with wheels and blue smoke pouring out of 'em all over the dune.

I saw guys catching just incredible amounts of airtime and then eating sand BIGTIME. Great entertainment.
