The audited financials are to be ready shortly I was advised. 7-10 days? They are through august and represent the star merger. These financials are the base for the company and will not have much in them dollar wise, etc. The following quarters financials will prove the $5,000,000 investment by Neil Miller, sales figures, etc... I am preparing a full list of questions to be answered, and will fax them to the company when I am done. I have my own approach that I am comfortable with, and I invite anyone to call if they have a particular question that is urgent to them and needs to be answered right now. I have been making calls today outside of the company, learning more and starting to put some pieces together. I also am busy on a personal basis which has limited how much I can do. I will try to get as much done as possible this week, and will post the information.
