I don't think he charges his patients. Health care is a right, an entitlement. It would be totally inconsistent with his beliefs to charge people for providing health care.
Well then his altruism should trump his jealousy, should it not?

Cause if he has the ability to make as much as the "one percent," but chooses not to, then he really shouldn't be jealous of the "one percent," should he?
