I worked with loads of Muslims .. some abroad, some immigrants, and some engineers in the country on developmental assignments. If all Muslims were like them ... or were only escaping persecution abroad, it would be one thing. But the history of Europe shows some Muslim immigrants see themselves as transforming and ultimately taking over their host societies. Not just my opinion ... we can SEE it in Europe.

We don't need that here.

Are we going to see it here? I think we are seeing it to some extent. I remember just before 911, Houston had a visit from Salman Rushdie and there were students from a Muslim school near my office demonstrating and chanting "Death to Rushdie." Death to whoever, being chanted by school kids is just not something we need in America. But there it was.
