"None of the plastic that the Company has received to date has required sorting."

More of Mr. Bordynuik's weasel-talk. It's not *required* unless there's a purpose for sorting and, if he purchases plastic for his continuous 'testing' then he can use shareholders' money to pay for what he wants with no required sorting.

It's the same with his recent tag line of "...without the need for further refining" which keeps slowly morphing. Nothing *needs* refining unless an actual useful purpose is found for which it may need refining. Pyrolysis oil doesn't need refining if it just sits there.

Mr. Bordynuik is strangely never clear on his value proposition. He could use any variation on, "JBI processed X lbs of plastic obtained for free from Y and, using pyrolysis and a secret catalyst, transformed that into Z gallons of diesel which was purchased by XX for $/gal. See how easy that was for me to type??...yet Mr. Bordynuik can dance around saying anything directly for three years and shareholders are none the wiser. They just assume what he means and that he simply doesn't know how to be clear and unambiguous in his communications. Mr. Bordynuik, on the other hand, is happy to continuously lie by omission, lie directly or paint a picture which unfairly represents JBII's situation.
