re FB - interesting to see so much blame for the FB IPO but is Morgan Stanley really to blame? For the owners, they did well, since they sold a tremendous amount of shares to the highest price they could fetch.

Even the flippers can't complain, they could have sold their shares on the first trading day and nobody would have lost money, since the 38$ price held. The Nasdaq trading debacle is not MS fault too, wasn't NASDAQ FB choice?

Do the flippers really have a God given (or GS given) right to a 30%+ pop?
