All this resentment stuff has nothing to do with business. It matters not that some Koreans resent the Japanese, and vice versa. It matters not that some Americans resent the Japanese, some French resent the Germans, etc etc. There is still a lot of mutually beneficial trade between the countries, and civilized governments and major corporations do not act (or fail to act) based on any resentment.
