My personal expectations are that the claim of a $10/bbl cost for a crude oil equivalent or even diesel from plastic is a completely baseless claim generated in Mr. Bordynuik's mind. Therefore, Mr. Bordynuik won't operate at 75% uptime for a quarter because that's money lost which he could instead be using to line his own pockets...unless he felt doing so would give him a huge bump in investment then he might fill up those tanks from the blending facility with pyrolysis oil.
